PETALING JAYA: Barisan Nasional strategic communications (BNSC) director Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan has taken to Twitter to press Lim Guan Eng for an answer on the Penang government’s overpayment of consultation fees for the three paired roads in the state.
In a tweet on Wednesday night directed at the Penang Chief Minister, Abdul Rahman asked the following question: “If fees not grossly over-priced, why 3yr old tunnel SPV make super-profits? 2 wks no reply. Pls answer.”
