GEORGE TOWN: A developer has started court proceedings against a Hindu temple and residents of a plot of land in Batu Kawan to get them out of the site.
In the originating summons filed against the residents on June 16, Penaga Pesona Sdn Bhd (PPSB) is seeking to recover possession of Lot PT5258 which it claimed was occupied by them without licence or consent.
