KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) will build 54 factories in Sepanggar, some 28km from here, to train bumiputras interested in the manufacturing sector.
Its general manager Pengiran Saifufin Pengiran Tahir said a 2ha piece of land is being developed for this purpose.
