PETALING JAYA: The Barisan Nasional strategic communications (BNSC) team has called on the Penang state government to concede that "the RM11mil per kilometre in pre-construction fees are highly over-priced".
According to BNSC deputy director Datuk Eric See-To (pic), the total cost confirmed paid so far by the Penang Government is RM209mil for consultancy fees for the three roads totalling 20km in length.
