SHAH ALAM: There were clear signs of carelessness on the part of the police which led to the escape of a rape and robbery suspect, said the Selangor police chief.
“The initial investigation showed very clear carelessness, which presented the suspect with the chance (to escape),” said Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Samah Mat.
