PUTRAJAYA: The appointment of Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad as acting chairman of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) will not derail plans to transform the taxi industry, including the regulation of e-hailing services.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said plans to overhaul the industry were already underway as they were initiated way before Isa’s appointment.
