GEORGE TOWN: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has chosen to keep mum on allegations that the state government overpaid for detailed design fees of three road projects.
Asked about the allegations at the end of a press conference at his office in Komtar here on Wednesday, Lim only said, “Another day.”
