Cop told to enter defence over terror-related charges

KUALA LUMPUR: A policeman was ordered by the High Court to enter his defence on terrorism-related charges, including withholding information.

Justice Nordin Hassan told L/Kpl Mustaza Abdul Rahman, 30, to enter his defence on three counts of amended charges after the prosecution had proven a prima facie case.
