Court sets Aug 3 to decide on strike-out bid in Pua's suit against Najib

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Aug 3 for decision on an application by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to strike out a suit filed by PJ Utara MP Tony Pua against him and the Government over alleged abuse of his public office in relation to 1MDB funds.  

Counsel Gobind Singh Deo, who appeared for Pua, said Judicial Commissioner Faizah Jamaludin set the date after hearing submissions from the parties in chambers on Thursday.
