KLANG: The Department of Civil Aviation will gazette a ruling to make it compulsory for foreign helicopter pilots to undergo an orientation course before they can fly in Malaysia, said Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
The Transport Minister said that the pilots must familiarise themselves with local conditions and terrain.
