Penang CM misleading public, claims Gerakan


PETALING JAYA: Gerakan is mulling legal action against Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for what it claims to be “repeated misinformation” and “misleading” the public.

“Gerakan respects the individual right of expression and freedom of speech but maintains that the truth must be brought forward and the spinning of facts stopped,” said its national legal and human rights bureau chairman Datuk Baljit Singh.
