PETALING JAYA: Former minister Datuk Seri Idris Jala, tasked by the Government to probe the boardroom crisis at Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV), says he wants to know the facts and make recommendations to improve things.
He said the Government has appointed him in his personal capacity for the task following the FGV board’s suspension of several senior management officials.
