Victims die on the spot in crashes just two hours apart


BATU PAHAT: Four people died on the spot in two separate car accidents just two hours apart.

In the first accident, a teenager died while five others were injured after a car collided with a lorry at KM4 of the Sungai Suloh-Minyak Beku road here around 2.18am yesterday, said Batu Pahat OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Wahib Musa. He said the victim, identi­fied as Ong Chen Xin, aged 15, died on the spot due to serious injuries caused by the impact.
