KUANTAN: A retired lieutenant-colonel in the Armed Forces has claimed trial at the Sessions Court here to charges of graft and misusing his office for the gratification of his relatives.
Shaharil Hisham Abdul Razak, 57, was charged with seven counts of bribery and two counts of misusing his office.
