Under arrest: Canadian police have arrested two men and are seeking two others for exporting controlled goods and technologies intended for space satellite use to China in violation of export and defense laws.
SHAH ALAM: Police are investigating whether the six-year-old girl who was seen brutally flogged in a viral video recently had been beaten before.
Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Samah Mat said they were waiting for the medical report of the girl to determine if she had any old wounds and marks that could have been caused by being beaten.
