PETALING JAYA: The body of medical student and Public Service Department (JPA) scholar Soh Zhi Min will be brought back to Malaysia for burial, said the Higher Education Ministry.
The 23-year-old was killed in an accident in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Wednesday.
