GEORGE TOWN: The 20-odd granite slabs which were removed from the forecourt of the Goddess of Mercy Temple in Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling here have been placed back where they belong.
Workers apparently put the slabs back overnight as a check by The Star yesterday revealed that the forecourt was back to its original state except for loose sand which peppered the surface.
