Ex-lawyer claims trial to RM2.2m CBT

KUALA LUMPUR: A former lawyer claimed trial in the Sessions Court here to criminal breach of trust involving RM2.25mil for a property.

Mohd Haidar @ Hasmayudin Mohd Hashim, 45, is accused of committing criminal breach of trust on a differential sum of RM750,000 and a full payment of RM1.5mil from Soo Hoo Sue Ling and Chan Kam Sun to Noraini Shikh Muhamud Bohari.
