BUTTERWORTH: A sawmill owner who was fined twice previously for unlawful possession of timber has been hauled to court for committing the same offence for the third time.
Thum Chin Tiam, 61, was charged by the Sessions Court here yesterday for possessing 49 logs of various sizes on which royalty, premium, cess and other charges were not paid.
