PUTRAJAYA: A teacher who allegedly had images of leaked Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) exam papers has been ordered to enter his defence.
In a majority 2-1 decision yesterday, Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohtarudin Baki said the classification of the papers under the Official Secrets Act (OSA) 1972 by former Malaysian Examinations Board director Datuk Dr Na’imah Ishak was valid.
