Homegrown ad agency wins top award for sixth year

KUALA LUMPUR: K-GIC Advertising Sdn Bhd has clinched the Local Media Agency of the Year Award for the sixth consecutive year.

It also won the Local Creative Agency of the Year Award at the Agency of the Year 2017 Awards Malaysia held here recently.

The awards are produced by Advertising + Marketing magazine, a publication of Lighthouse Independent Media.

K-GIC is a 16-year-old agency and prides itself as a local advertising expert. Among its many clients are Baker’s Cottage, Vono, Midea, Senz, Snek Ku, Thermos, Whoopee, Delux, Ibumie, MagicBoo, Soon Thye Hang, 3M, Homesoy and Marrybrown.

The awards celebrate excellence across the advertising and marketing communications industry by awarding deserving key creative players.

It has been judged by client marketers for the past seven years.
