Melaka police force set for major overhaul soon

MELAKA: A massive shake-up is on the cards for Melaka police, with a number of new faces slated to assume command positions by the end of this month.

The changes are also due to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) recent swoop, in which Melaka Tengah and Jasin OCPDs as well as senior cops were nabbed for suspected involvement in a protection racket of vice dens.
