Woman among 17 suspects picked up for having links with IS


KUALA LUMPUR: A 26-year-old female Malaysian student is among 17 suspects arrested in an Interpol operation.

Nur Afiqah Farhana Che Samsu­dim, suspected of being involved with the Islamic State (IS) terror group, was detained by Turkish au­thorities before being deported on April 4. She was arrested on arrival at the KL International Airport.
