KEPALA BATAS: A former soldier charged in court in 2014 for possessing homemade air guns jumped bail and went back to his crooked ways.
Police arrested the 57-year-old man during a raid on his house in Simpang Empat, Permatang Buluh, near here at 8am on May 7 following a tip-off.
