KUALA LUMPUR: Elected representatives are not in service to give money or to play Santa Claus, said Sungai Siput MP Dr Michael Jeyakumar Devaraj (pic).

The two-term Parti Sosialis Malaysia MP spoke of an incident where he was chided for giving RM300 when an old school boys association asked him for RM1,000 for their dinner.
