KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has dismissed an application by the Government and a former attorney-general to strike out a malicious prosecution lawsuit by Seri Setia assemblyman Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad.
Judge Justice Ahmad Zaidi Ibrahim ruled that the case needs to go to trial to determine issues involved in the civil dispute.
