KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court judge has recused herself from hearing the judicial review bid filed by Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, who is seeking to declassify the audit report on 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Azizah Nawawi recused herself because her husband, Datuk Nik Suhaimi Nik Sulaiman, is the current legal advisor to the Selangor state government.
