PETALING JAYA: An IT engineer was fined RM5,000 in default five months' jail by the magistrate's court here for cruelty to his female Pomeranian dog.
Loo Kah Ann, 28, pleaded guilty to committing the act at Blok C23-13A, Empire Damansara, Damansara Perdana here, at 8.30pm on Aug 17, 2016.
