SEA Games baton run ends in Singapore

Malaysia Youth and Sport Minister Khairy Jamaluddin and Singapore Minister of Culture, Community and Youth Grace Fu at The Rising Together Baton Run in Singapore.

SINGAPORE: The Rising Together Baton Run, which was held to promote the Aug 19-21 Kuala Lumpur SEA Games and 9th Asean Para Games, has ended in Singapore Saturday.

The Baton Run, covering all countries taking part in the games, ended with Singapore para-athlete Yip Pin Xiu handing over the baton to the island republic's Minister of Culture, Community and Youth Grace Fu.
