GEORGE TOWN: Eight youths were arrested during the mini Thaipusam procession for allegedly being involved in gangland activities.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Anuar Omar said the suspects, aged between 18 and 27, were picked up at the junction of King Street at 11pm on Thursday.
