IPOH: Flash floods due to a continuous downpour since Thursday have left scores of people at Taman Bercham Impian here stranded since 5am on Friday.
Torrential rains will always be a concern for residents but Bercham Village head Lim Huey Shan called it an "extraordinary flash floods" and said that the people here were caught by surprise.
