KOTA BARU: Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) will work with local councils to promote awareness of good handling practices to ensure that food sold at eateries, including Ramadan bazaars, is safe for consumption.
Through its Chefmanship Academy, UFS offers a one-stop centre for food operators to learn how to improve on hygiene, quality and efficiency, on top of reducing wastage.
