A 61-YEAR-OLD man who was caught stealing a cellphone claimed he committed the crime because he did not take his medication, China Press reported.
The man stole the device from a food store counter in a shopping mall in Johor Baru at about 12.40pm on April 28 and it was captured on CCTV.
