BUKIT MERTAJAM: Operators of public markets, roadside traders and food complexes under the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) will not be allowed to hire foreign workers beginning June.
This includes the hiring of those with permanent resident status, said MPSP president Datuk Maimunah Mohd Sharif Tuesday.
