PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom), which marked its first anniversary on March 1, received 1,639 complaints regarding airlines in the past year, of which 95% were resolved.
The grouses were lodged via Mavcom’s Complaints Management System on its website between March 2016 and February this year, according to a report – the first released by Mavcom – yesterday.
