> Three deer were seen swimming in a pool on Parliament grounds, catching the attention of members of the Senate on Wednesday.

Amused by what happened, Deputy Works Minister Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin posted about it on Facebook, saying she was surprised by the “special visit” which happened at around 12.20pm, Kosmo! reported.

A security guard, who only wanted to be known as Azwari, told Bernama that several deer had escaped from Taman Rusa, which is next to the visitors’ carpark.

He added that all the deer were recaptured and returned to their enclosure about an hour later without any mishap.
