SHAH ALAM: The Government did not scrap approvals for local council projects but merely streamlined them in non-Barisan Nasional parliamentary constituencies, said Tan Sri Noh Omar (pic).
The Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister said approval for the projects is determined by each local council instead of the parliamentary constituency.
