SELAYANG: A football hooligan was ordered to do 120 hours of community service, for rioting at a recent Super League match between Selangor and Perak.
Magistrate Iriane Isabello also ordered Muhammad Fadzil Fauzi, 21, to be placed on an RM2,000 bond and to report to the Social Welfare Department (JKM) every month.
