PETALING JAYA: Increasing deposits for wards and surgery for foreign patients is not the answer to unpaid medical bills, said Tenaganita.
Its director Aegile Fernandez said the problem would not have arisen if there was a comprehensive policy on migration that clearly states rules and regulations for all employers, migrant workers and citizens so that they know what to expect and do.
