BATU PAHAT: Johor PAS plans to contest in more than 40 seats in the next general election if the proposal to sever ties with PKR becomes a reality.
PAS Ulama chief and Johor commissioner Datuk Dr Mahfodz Mohamed said the party was ready to contest in more seats now that it was no longer tied to any seat allocation agreement as in the previous general election under the opposition pact.
