GEORGE TOWN: Two Penang Island City Council enforcement officers have been going around soliciting bribes from shop and house owners for allegedly violating council bylaws.
Councillor Ong Ah Teong said one of the officers asked for RM150 from a sundry shop in Island Glades for placing obstacles along the walkway.
