PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court here has dismissed an appeal filed by 2012 Bangkok bombing suspect Masoud Sedaghat Zadeh and has issued an order that the Iranian be extradited to Thailand to face trial.
Masoud was detained under the Immigration Act on Feb 15, 2012, at the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) in Sepang upon arrival from Bangkok while on transit to Iran.
