‘Missing’ activist is in Thailand, says IGP

KUALA LUMPUR: Activist and former Petaling Jaya city councillor Peter Chong (pic), reportedly missing since last week, is in Thailand, say police.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said they have evidence to show that Chong crossed the border at the Bukit Kayu Hitam immigration checkpoint.
