PETALING JAYA: Pro-moderation advocate Mohamed Tawfik Ismail has filed yet another legal paper to support his suit seeking to declare PAS’ Private Member’s Bill as unconstitutional.
In his latest affidavit, Tawfik contended that the recent development in the tabling of the proposed Bill was a “political game carried out through an abuse of the democratic process and parliamentary procedures”.
