GEORGE TOWN: Penang Umno will file a motion against Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng urging him to step down at the May 19 state assembly sitting.
Its chief Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Osman said time and again Lim ignored calls to go on leave or step down temporarily until his corruption case had been completed.
