Authorities urged not to drop case against alleged dog abuser

KLANG: The residents' association and security guards of Taman Melody in Puchong near here are urging authorities to ensure that action is taken against the man who beat up a dog stationed at the guardhouse on Sunday night.

"We will give our fullest cooperation to the police and Department of Veterinary Services to ensure that the case against the perpetrator continues until he is duly dealt with," said the association's president Dr Ignatius Augustine.
