KUALA LUMPUR: Seputeh MP Teresa Kok is suing Sungai Besar Umno Division chief Datuk Jamal Md Yunos for claiming that she has misused a Selangor state fund.
Kok filed the defamation suit via Messrs S.N. Nair & Partners at the High Court Registry on Wednesday, naming Jamal as the defendant. However, the court papers were only made available to the press on Thursday.
