KUALA LUMPUR: Eight individuals, who allegedly assaulted Opposition lawmaker Khalid Samad (pix) in Parliament grounds in November last year, were charged under the Minor Offences Act 1955 on Monday.
The eight, including the son of a deputy minister, were charged under Section 14 of the Act at the Duta Court Complex.
