Malaysia to get tough on drug abusers and pushers

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia will flex its muscles against drug pushers, giving its enforcement teams full authority under the law to fight drug abuse, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said.

He said the police would be firm like how the Philippines was acting tough but not to the extent of President Rodrigo Duterte’s controversial war on drugs.
