JOHOR BARU: Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has consented to give out state awards with the "Datuk" title to only three individuals.
Johor Royal Council president Datuk Abdul Rahim Ramli said 96 people will receive various awards in conjunction with Sultan Ibrahim's official birthday celebration at Istana Besar here on March 23.
